Returns

We accept returns within 4 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags intact

• A valid reason for return must be provided (e.g., incorrect item, size issue, damaged on arrival)

• Items purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for return, unless they are defective

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days

• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or as store credit, based on your preference

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We are happy to offer size or product exchanges for eligible items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.
