Refund of Partial COD payment and Prepaid payments will initiated within 24 Hours, customer have to contact us within 24 hours after payment of Partial COD Payment and Prepaid Payment, after 24 hours any Grievance for this issue will not entertain by us.
Product will only be Replaced/Exchanged if customer have received wrong or defective product. Exchange policy is only applicable if customer can give their grievance within 2 days, after 2 days any grievance will not entertain by us. Customer can apply for exchange within 2 days after an order has been delivered to them, first you have to do complaint on our mentioned Gmail or on WhatsApp after that our customer service executive will connect with you, If we send you Damaged or Wrong Size product by our then you have to personally ship the product to our mentioned return Address Because currently we do not have reverse pickup facility for our products, But we are working on it and in future you can also enjoy our reverse pickup facility, As these charges are one-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge. i.e you have to ship the product to our warehouse, Warehouse address will provide by our customer service executive to our customer if your grievance will accept by them. But when we send you exact size Proper Product that you ordered but Customer wants to exchange it for any reason then all the shipping expanses will pay by customer. When we receive the your shipped product for exchange our Stock Management team will inspect product that it was wear or not if the product are used then we can’t exchange it.
