But we are working on our TDS Wallet feature for Refund that allows you to shop in our website with our TDS Coins ,in which you conveniently utilize your refund funds directly from the wallet for purchases at our shop. This seamless process ensures a hassle-free experience, giving you more flexibility and ease in transactions. - PLEASE NOTE: We request that prefer Government postal service over Private or Professional Couriers for self return as they are not much more reliable than Government Postal Service and Private or Professional Couriers the your package will may not be accept at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using Government Postal Service ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

- Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.

- Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and we will not be able to gift wrap any exchanges requested.

- To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns of Dirty or washed and sweat-activated products we only accept unused condition product. The Drip Soul may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

Refund
The Drip Soul offers you customized products. Our product specially customized and stitch personally & specially for you because of these refund won’t be possible & become difficult for us to give refund for product.
Refund of Partial COD payment and Prepaid payments will initiated within 24 Hours, customer have to contact us within 24 hours after payment of Partial COD Payment and Prepaid Payment, after 24 hours any Grievance for this issue will not entertain by us.
Exchange
Product will only be Replaced/Exchanged if customer have received wrong or defective product. Exchange policy is only applicable if customer can give their grievance within 2 days, after 2 days any grievance will not entertain by us. Customer can apply for exchange within 2 days after an order has been delivered to them, first you have to do complaint on our mentioned Gmail or on WhatsApp after that our customer service executive will connect with you, If we send you Damaged or Wrong Size product by our then you have to personally ship the product to our mentioned return Address Because currently we do not have reverse pickup facility for our products, But we are working on it and in future you can also enjoy our reverse pickup facility, As these charges are one-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge. i.e you have to ship the product to our warehouse, Warehouse address will provide by our customer service executive to our customer if your grievance will accept by them. But when we send you exact size Proper Product that you ordered but Customer wants to exchange it for any reason then all the shipping expanses will pay by customer. When we receive the your shipped product for exchange our Stock Management team will inspect product that it was wear or not if the product are used then we can’t exchange it.

- Exchanges are only permitted if the size you received is incorrect, exchanges for a different product than what you originally ordered are not allowed.
- We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Steps to exchange product (only if you received wrong or defective product)

- Send photos/video about the issue

- For Exchange we will not arrange the reverse pickup Facility of products, Once Grievance confirm by our customer service executive, You will have to ship parcel us back. one Way shipping charges and All shipping charges pay by you it will clear you by our customer service executive after understanding your grievance

- It will take 7-8 working days to resolve the same.
NOTE :We have uploaded size chart along with every product, so customer can confirm the size before placing the order as these are made to order products.

Gift
Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
